Optech Microscope Services have the following job vacancies available at the present time.

Field Service Engineer

Salary: (Neg. depending on experience) plus company car.

Optech Microscope Services are a well established small independent business specialising in the service, repair and sales of optical microscopes and associated accessories.

We are currently seeking to recruit an additional field service engineer to join our company. Duties would include on-site service and maintenance of microscope equipment for our customers based throughout the UK.

Ideally you will be qualified in Electrical/Electronics or Mechanical Engineering and have a good knowledge of microscope equipment. Alternatively you could have experience within a field service role dealing with maintenance of laboratory type equipment. We will provide the successful candidate with a thorough training programme to build your knowledge, skills and practical experience.

Other skills we would be looking for include good time management and communication skills. The successful candidate must be professional, polite and courteous and hold a full, clean UK driving license.
